Southern Brooks Community Partnerships (SBCP) is seeking a Treasurer Trustee to oversee the financial affairs of the charity and ensure that they are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice, ensure proper records are kept and that effective and appropriate financial procedures and controls are in place, monitor and report on the financial health of the charity and oversee the production of necessary financial reports/returns, accounts and audits.

They are looking for a Qualified Accountant or similar with commitment to the work of SBCP and belief in the organisation’s core values – reflective practice, working and learning together, respect, embracing equality and diversity, encouraging participation, building a sustainable community, and ability to attend all Board of Trustee Meetings (currently approx 8 per year on a Wednesday between 15.00-18.00), and to attend an Annual Board Self-Assessment and Review Day
