The Early Help Partnership Support Team The Early Help Partnership Support Team within ART (Access and Response Teams) provides coordination and support to partners providing early help to families, children and young people. The Early Help Pilot Team includes: Karen Sheppard (Early Help Partnership Team Manager) Dee Mooney / Emma Touzalin (job share) , Claire Cousins , Reka Molnar Szantho, Emma Sheppard , Luisa Marotta (Early Help Co-ordinators). The team will: Provide advice and guidance to partner agencies when problems first emerge to ensure families are linked to the right level of support Support partner agencies/settings to provide coordinated and effective early help response through: - Case discussions offering help and guidance, problem solving and signposting to appropriate agencies - Offering bespoke training to your setting or agency ( including Single Assessment for Early Help, lead professional support and action planning) - Chairing some complex Early Help meetings by agreement with the lead professional when additional support is required - Facilitating multi agency cluster meetings with the purpose of agencies sharing information, problem solving both at case level and in relation to wider partnership working. Each of the Early Help Co-ordinators have a cluster which includes schools, pre-schools, Children’s Centres and Health.
