The Garfield Weston Foundation and Pilotlight have released the Small Charity Leaders Insight Report 2019, now in its third year.
Findings of the report include that small and medium-sized charities have ambitions to expand their reach, and that most expect their income to either rise or match last year’s figure. Research has found that small charity leaders see the value in investing in training their staff and trustees, despite financial constraints.
The importance of leadership and strategy, and diversity and inclusion are also explored in the report, which provides a useful picture of the hopes and health of small charities. You can take a look here.
