Job Title: Short Breaks Outreach Worker
Summary of role: WECIL is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to take on the role of Short Breaks Outreach Worker working for WECIL but on behalf of the Short Breaks Consortium (WECIL, KHAAS, NAS, Bristol Playbus, Sense and Time2Share). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about making a difference to families with disabled children/young people. They will be highly confident and have the ability to gain rapport with people with differing needs and from a variety of backgrounds ensuring that a strong level of support is offered throughout the referral process. Previous experience working within the Youth Sector would be desirable. Job tenure: Part-time. 15 Hours (Flexible Working). Fixed term three year contract (possibility of two further years)
Annual salary/pro rata salary: £22,308 – £24,125 (pro-rata)
