Adoption of the Policies, Sites and Places (PSP) Plan

South Gloucestershire Council adopted the Policies, Sites and Places (PSP) Plan on 8 November 2017.

For your information, the Council’s Adoption Statement is provided below, and sets out when and where the adopted PSP Plan can be viewed. This is in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and Regulation 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004.

The Adoption Statement also explains that there is a six week period (till 20th Dec) from the date of adoption during which any person aggrieved by the Policies, Sites and Places Plan can make an application to the High Court on the grounds that the document is not within the appropriate powers, or that a procedural requirement has not been complied with.
