Dr Jenner’s House, Museum and Garden are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join their Archive & Collections team to help with all aspects of collection and archival management such as conservation, processing, preservation and reference. Tasks may include cataloguing, research, maintaining pest traps, conservation cleaning, data entry, preparing material for preservation work, photocopying and filing.

Volunteers are also needed to join their Front of House team to assist in the day-to-day running of the museum and provide their visitors with an excellent visitor experience. The role includes providing a warm welcome for all visitors, answering queries, helping visitors to interpret the museum’s displays and ensure they have a comfortable, interesting and enjoyable visit. You will also help out in the museum shop and reception, selling tickets, guidebooks and shop items.
