Juvenile Radicalisation

PRALT's 'The prevention of juvenile radicalisation’ project is collecting lessons learned in the UK by organisations working with any extremist/radicalized groups or individuals, to showcase in a judicial training manual. PRALT aims to make judicial services more aware of the risks of prison sentencing for people with extreme ideologies, as well as the positive outcomes of disengagement, de-radicalisation and preventive approaches outside of prisons. Their work promotes more resources going into effective de-radicalistion programmes as alternatives to detention.
