The Choir was formed in 2013 and is open to everybody and for some of our members it is a lifeline. The video below shows how Sandra and her husband come along each week as this is something they can do together, Sandra’s husband has Dementia and the Choir gives him something to look forward to each week and also provides a support network for his wife.
Originally started to help with the Anti Social Behaviour problems in the area. For two of the young people that attended it became so much more that it became the catalyst to start them on their career journeys. Both young men now have employment as Sports Coaches, one with a coaching company and one within a Primary School.
