Job Title *:Highways Maintenance Apprentices x 3
Summary of role: To undertake the frontline delivery of highway maintenance, civil engineering and structural engineering schemes throughout South Gloucestershire. As an apprentice you will receive supervision and guidance from your workplace supervisor, and will have a workplace mentor to support you. This involves you to undertake a Level 2 in Construction Operations and Civil Engineering Services using the Highways Maintenance Pathway, and block release training with the selected provider for 1 week per academic term with the remainder of time spent on the job learning. 
Job tenure *: 39 hours per week, limited term contract for 18-24 months
Annual salary/pro rata salary *: National Minimum Wage
