Job Title: Female Chief Executive Officer

Summary of role: Working with the Board, the CEO will provide continuity whilst at the same time strategically reviewing the current landscape to maximise our impact and reach, building on our existing partnerships and influence. This will include developing new opportunities with partners, diversifying our funding base and ensuring delivery effectiveness. The CEO will also lead the organisation externally with key stakeholders and will internally support our passionate staff, ensuring robust operational leadership. She will be a confident speaker and champion for domestic abuse, sexual violence and mental health services.

We are looking for a strong passionate leader with a track record of managing and developing organisations. With sound strategic experience and an ability to also work operationally, the successful candidate will have implemented growth strategies, including successfully diversifying and growing income, as well as ensuring strong project delivery, in managing teams to achieve exceptional results. They will also be financially astute and used to balancing financial needs in a competitive funding climate. An emotionally intelligent and thoughtful leader, above all else the ideal candidate must bring an authentic commitment to the values and culture of the organisation.
