A new Learning Disabilities Social Group is being set-up in Thornbury from May 4th. Its aim is to provide a social network for people with learning disabilities between the ages of 20-40 years. The group hopes to include activities such as walking, barbecues, trips, craft, creative writing or similar.

A volunteer Facilitator is needed to help run the weekly sessions, organise the activities, listen to the ideas of the group, make suggestions and ideas for future meetings and be responsible for the smooth running of the group. This role can be shared with another person or group of people.
