Job Title *: Engagement Team Leader
Summary of role: We are recruiting for a new Team Leader to join DHI in South Gloucestershire to lead, manage and develop the Engagement Team. This is an exciting and varied Team Leader post with opportunities for creativity and innovation. The team are responsible for providing support and treatment for all non-opiate drug clients, managing criminal justice clients, co-ordinating the South Glos needle exchange scheme, engaging with the community to promote the service, and keeping up with new and emerging drug trends. Earlier this year we were able to build on the success of the Engagement Team and launched a bespoke service to our local university. If you enjoy working with clients, and supporting staff, this role provides a great mix of frontline support work and management responsibilities. You will be joining a well experienced and enthusiastic team, that work hard to support each other, deliver an exceptional service to clients and meet our contract requirements. The team also supports a number of student social workers, enabling us to enrich the service we offer. Annual salary/pro rata salary *: Salary: NJC Pt 29-35 (£26,470-£31,401) depending on experience
