The National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance is now accepting applications to its bursary scheme, open to emerging artists with a lived experience of the criminal justice system.

The National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance (NCJAA) is aware of how a lack of funding, even small sums, can be a significant barrier to pursuing creativity and our experience is that small grants can make a big difference to developing talent and improving life chances.

Six bursaries of £500 will be awarded on a rolling programme from 1st April, to support artist training needs, organisational development or to develop specialist criminal justice expertise.

Application Deadline: 1 April
