The South Gloucestershire Dementia Action Alliance (SGDAA) has been working to make our communities dementia friendly. By this we mean places where those living with dementia and their carers/supporters feel respected, supported, understood, able to access services easily and be a part of their community.
We would like to know what it’s like for carers of people living with dementia and those who have dementia and are living or working in South Gloucestershire. You’ve been contacted because you have indicated an interest in what the SGDAA does, whether via a Dementia Friends information session, are a member of the South Gloucestershire DAA, or maybe we have spoken to you at an event or information stall, and you have given us your contact details. We have created a short survey to find out the views of carers or those living with dementia. If this is you, we would really appreciate a few minutes of your time to complete the survey.
This survey will only take a maximum of 6 – 10 minutes to complete. It will help the SGDAA knowing where we need to target our efforts to make South Gloucestershire a better place for those living with dementia and their carers.
