Connect 5 has been developed by the Royal Society of Public Health and aims to increase the confidence and skills of frontline staff to be effective in having conversations about mental health and wellbeing. The techniques used by Connect 5 are underpinned by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing Model and Cognitive Behaviour Model for understanding stress, distress and learning tools for self-management.
