Summary of role: The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) is an organisation run by and for disabled people. Since 1995 we have been providing support, advocacy, advice and information services for disabled people in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone to join our Social Enterprise Team as a Client Advisor.

The role will involve supporting clients in receipt of Direct Payments via home visits, telephone, and email so the successful candidate will need to be flexible with good time-management and organisational skills to ensure we continue to provide a professional, effective and efficient support service. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a positive and proactive future-focussed team with great customer service skills.

Annual salary/pro rata salary *: £16,635 - £19,921
