Our network of Associates add to this by bringing together a wide base of skills and expertise allowing us to also provide tailored specialist support to help your organisation grow and evolve.  The price of this bespoke support has been discounted for our Members.

Mike brings wide and varied experience of working in private, charitable and public sectors to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness, with strategic and planning support, funding bid applications and financial management and holds a qualification in Management Accountancy.

Skills and expertise 

During his career to date Neil has accumulated a wide range of business experience in both SMEs and large organisations (public & private sectors); with a particular focus on strategic analysis, planning & development, helping organisations to develop and grow (sustainably). He has a proven track record in helping organisations to identify new opportunities and to pursue them, developing independent or collaborative approaches where appropriate. Neil is an experienced board-level facilitator and governance adviser.

Neil has been a guest lecturer in corporate strategy & global strategy (postgraduate) at Bristol Business School (UWE), and teaches strategic management, enterprise and entrepreneurship (undergraduate) and Innovation and Creativity (post-graduate). Neil earned his MBA from the Open University Business School & holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations.

Roger is an experienced former senior local government manager, creative media producer and diversity consultant. Roger utilises innovative ways of working to deliver results to include and engage diverse and ‘hard to reach’ communities. He works across private, public and academic institutions in partnership on a range of strategic and operational projects to achieve their goals.

Skill and Expertise

Dick works for West of England, one of 38 county based charities affilated to ACRE (Action with Rural Communties in England) whose purpose is to support rural communities. He has extensive experience in developing rural and community enterprises such as Village Halls, Community Transport and Community run shops, covering issues such as community engagement, legal structures and fundraising.

Dick has particular interest in social investment, including community shares and social investment tax relief, and in Community Rights under the Localism Act.

During his career to date Rob has accumulated a wide range of business experience in a variety of sectors that include public and private organisations. Rob has had a particular focus on employee relations including but not limited to disciplinary, grievances and investigations. He has a proven track record in helping organisations to progress their HR offering this includes setting up of HR processes. Rob is an experienced stakeholder manager upto and including chief operating officers.

Rob has also previously been a successful retail manager before self funding his CIPD level 5 qualification in HR Management. Rob earned his associate membership level of CIPD from City of Bristol college in 2017.
