Community Support at Home is a free home visit service providing information and support to people over 55 in North Bristol to help them stay independent in their homes and combat social isolation.

We offer:
• Help with managing money
• Help with completing Attendance Allowance Forms
• Benefits and Debt advice
• Signposting to services and social activities
• Computer courses
• Social activities and trips for older people in Lockleaze and Horfield

The service covers Lockleaze, Horfield, Southmead, Henbury, Henleaze, Shirehampton and Lawrence Weston.
