Fit for the Future and Sustainable Funding

CVS South Gloucestershire offers organisational health checks “Fit for the Future” this is a tool that enables organisations to explore the current health of their organisation identifying strengths and weaknesses. Support is provided through developmental support to build on identified strengths and develop strategies to address any weaknesses. The process takes no longer than an hour depending on the size of your organisation and is recognised as a valuable tool by groups who have completed the process

“I had no idea that we needed to have some form of reserves as we were such a small group”

Sustainable funding is a tool that encourages organisation to explore their current funding sources and financial sustainability. The aim is to enable groups and organisation to become less dependent on funding from funders such as South Gloucestershire and take more responsibility for generating their own income (for example) The process will enable your organisation to move away from a culture of constantly having to apply for funding and make your organisation more secure. This is especially important if you employ people
